About the Role

I am looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Support & Shopify Content Assistant to help manage the day-to-day operations of our growing e-commerce store.

This role combines customer service with basic Shopify content management. Most tasks follow established processes and templates, making it a structured and straightforward position for someone who is organized.

Responsibilities
- Customer Support
- Respond to 15+ customer emails per day.
- Handle common inquiries regarding orders, shipping, sizing, returns, and product information.
- Follow established support procedures and templates.
- Escalate unusual or complex cases when necessary.
- Maintain a professional and friendly tone with customers.
- Shopify Store Management
- Update and improve product descriptions.
- Upload and edit product information within Shopify.
- Ensure product pages are clear, accurate, and optimized for conversions.
- Review product listings for consistency and quality.
- AI Image Enhancement
- Generate and improve product images using AI tools.
- Create cleaner, more professional, and higher-converting product visuals.
- Follow provided guidelines and examples.
- Update product images on Shopify when required.

Requirements
- Excellent written English.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Basic Shopify experience (preferred but not required).
- Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT and AI image generators.
- Ability to follow processes and work independently.
- Reliable internet connection and good communication skills.
