We are looking for an experienced Customer Support Representative to support our growing ecommerce business. This is a part-time, long-term role for someone who can efficiently manage customer inquiries and handle a high volume of support tickets.

Responsibilities:
Respond to customer
Handle a high volume of support tickets efficiently
Assist customers with order tracking, shipping updates, returns, and refunds
Manage customer support for multiple Shopify stores
Keep inboxes organized and ensure all tickets are resolved promptly
Follow established customer support processes and guidelines
Requirements:
Experience with Reamaze (required)
Experience in customer support for a fashion dropshipping store (required)
Ability to handle a high volume of
Ability to follow processes and instructions
Experience with Service Points (required)
Experience managing customer support for multiple stores (required)
Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT
Work Details:
Part-time position
Flexible schedule, with availability aligned to European time
Compensation:
Starting at $4/hour
