We’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Representative to manage customer interactions across multiple e-commerce channels including Amazon, eBay, Shopify, and more.
This role is critical in delivering a high-quality customer experience, protecting our brand reputation, and supporting smooth day-to-day operations.
What You’ll Do
-Respond to customer inquiries across Amazon, eBay, Shopify,
-Handle order issues: tracking, delays, refunds, returns, and product questions
-Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally, maintaining high satisfaction
-Work within ticketing systems to manage and prioritise support requests
-Coordinate with operations/logistics teams to resolve issues efficiently
-Ensure all responses meet marketplace policies and performance standards
KPIs (What Success Looks Like)
-Fast response and resolution times
-High customer satisfaction and positive feedback
-Low escalation and dispute rates
-Strong compliance with marketplace SLAs (Amazon/eBay metrics)
Who You Are
-Experience in e-commerce customer support (Amazon, eBay, Shopify preferred)
-Familiar with ticketing systems (e.g., Gorgias, Zendesk, Freshdesk or similar)
-Strong written English and clear communication skills
-Calm under pressure and solution-oriented
-High attention to detail and ability to multitask
Bonus Points
-Experience working in high-quality / fast-scaling e-commerce companies
-Understanding of marketplace policies (Amazon A-to-Z, eBay cases, etc.)
-Experience with Shopify backend and order management
