Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries through email, chat, and other support channels. You will assist customers with account-related questions, troubleshoot issues, provide product guidance, and ensure timely resolution of support requests.

You will document customer interactions, maintain accurate records within company systems, and escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary. You will also work closely with internal departments to resolve customer concerns efficiently and identify opportunities to improve the overall customer experience.

Maintaining professionalism, empathy, and responsiveness while managing multiple conversations simultaneously will be essential to success in this role.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone with excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken, and at least 2 years of experience in customer support, customer service, or a related role. The ideal candidate is patient, resourceful, and highly organized, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

You should have experience handling customer inquiries, troubleshooting common issues, and working within support platforms such as Zendesk, Intercom, HubSpot, Gorgias, or similar tools. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm under pressure are essential.

Experience supporting SaaS products, e-commerce businesses, or technology platforms is a plus.
