JOB OVERVIEW

Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Customer Support Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and resolving inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:

- Provide outstanding customer support via zoom, email, and chat channels.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and technical issues with professionalism and empathy.
- Troubleshoot product/service-related problems and provide appropriate solutions.
- Document and track customer interactions and issue resolutions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Continuously strive to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in customer support or a related field preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using Freshdesk software and other support tools.
- A positive attitude and a passion for helping others.
- Trustworthy and dependable
- Willing to learn about crypto and blockchain technology

Great to have:

- Experience in Compliance and Financial Regulations
- Crypto & Blockchain technology skill
