JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. You will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of inquiries, and working closely with our logistics partner to handle any shipping issues.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email (Zendesk) and Slack promptly and professionally.
- Use our Google Document of FAQs to provide accurate and consistent responses.
- Communicate with our logistics partner to resolve delayed or unsuccessful shipments.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and provide updates on outstanding issues.
- Document customer interactions and solutions in accordance with company guidelines.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in e-commerce or logistics.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Experience using Zendesk, Google Docs, and Slack for daily communication and workflow management.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple inquiries efficiently.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice to Have:

- Experience coordinating with third-party logistics partners.
- Familiarity with tracking systems and shipping platforms.
