JOB OVERVIEW

We're a growing ecommerce brand in the Nutra niche, and we're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Customer Support VA to own our customer tickets and order management day-to-day.

You'll be the front line for our customers: answering questions, resolving issues, and making sure every order runs smoothly from purchase to delivery. This is a long-term, full-time role for someone who takes pride in fast, friendly, accurate support.

What you'll do:
Respond to customer tickets and messages (email/chat) with clear, friendly, on-brand replies
Manage orders end-to-end: track shipments, handle delays, process refunds/returns/exchanges
Resolve issues like failed deliveries, address changes, and payment questions
Flag recurring problems and suggest improvements to our support process
Keep our helpdesk organized — tag, prioritize, and close tickets promptly

What we're looking for:
Previous ecommerce customer support experience (required)
Hands-on experience with order management (tracking, refunds, fulfillment issues)
Excellent written English — clear, warm, and professional
Strong attention to detail and reliable, consistent communication
Able to work full-time during European business hours

Nice to have:
Familiarity with health/supplement or DTC brands
AI automation experience
