We are looking for a Virtual Assistant to provide administrative and customer support to our team while working remotely. This is a full-time role and you must be available to work during our business hours.
Full-Time | 40 Hours per Week | Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm [UK Time]
As a Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day running of the business. This includes handling customer and dealer enquiries, processing orders, maintaining internal systems and documentation, and assisting with a variety of operational and administrative tasks. A strong internet connection, excellent communication skills, and previous customer service or administrative experience are essential for this role.
This is a role for someone who enjoys taking ownership, learning how a business operates, and helping to keep things organised behind the scenes while delivering an excellent experience for customers and partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to live chat enquiries
- Answer and manage customer phone calls
- Reply to customer
- Process customer orders and handle related admin tasks
- Support dealer enquiries and administrative requests
- Maintain and update internal documentation, SOPs and knowledge bases
- Assist with operational projects and process improvement initiatives
- Support the team with additional administrative duties as required
Required Experience & Skills
- 5+ years of experience in a similar customer support or Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) role
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Strong skills in phone,
- Reliable internet connection (please include a speed test screenshot)

- Competent with data entry and admin tasks
