Position: Customer Support & Community Manager (Remote)

Company: Private Girls Only Online Community

We are looking for a kind, reliable, and highly organized female Customer Support & Community Manager to join our team. We are an online community focused on manifestation, motivation, mindset, and personal growth for women. We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping others and creating a welcoming community experience.

Responsibilities
Respond to customer emails professionally and promptly
Reply to support tickets and resolve member questions
Engage with members in our community chat throughout the day
Create and publish daily discussion and motivation posts inside the club
Help maintain a positive, supportive, and uplifting environment
Assist members with account, billing, and general platform questions
Escalate technical issues when necessary
Keep conversations organized and ensure members receive timely responses

Requirements
Female applicant
Fluent in written and spoken English
Excellent grammar, spelling, and communication skills
Friendly, empathetic, and professional
Experience with customer support is preferred
Familiarity with Whop is strongly preferred, or the ability to learn it quickly
Comfortable using email, online communities, and support platforms
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Reliable internet connection and computer
Able to work independently while maintaining consistent communication
