We’re looking for an experienced Customer Support Lead with a strong background in e-commerce dropshipping. This role requires leadership experience in customer service, handling escalations, and proactively improving customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality customer support and resolve escalated inquiries
- Manage and troubleshoot tasks on Shopify, PayPal, and Stripe
- Handle disputes, refunds, and customer retention strategies
- Identify and resolve customer pain points to improve satisfaction
- Utilize tech tools to streamline workflows and enhance service quality
- Track trends and implement process improvements
Requirements:
- Proven experience leading customer support operations in e-commerce dropshipping
- Strong expertise in handling EU-based customers (Germany, Netherlands, etc.)
- Proficiency in Shopify, PayPal, and Stripe for dispute and order management
- Strong leadership skills and ability to take initiative
- Self-starter with excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Tech-savvy (experience with DeepL, ChatGPT, and Re:amaze is a plus)
- Available Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 4 PM CET
