Salary & Benefits:
- Starting salary: USD 750 per month
- Performance bonuses: Up to USD 500 quarterly

Training and Shift Schedule Details:
- Training: 2-week mandatory training, 3 PM – 11 PM Pacific Standard Time (fixed, non-negotiable)
- Schedule: 40 hours/week, full-time only, weekend availability required
Experience:
- 3+ years in customer service
- Experience as Technical Support, QA, Automation, or Data Analysis is highly preferred.
- Zendesk experience is a plus.
Skills:
-Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
-Advanced problem-solving and critical thinking skills (ability to navigate complex, multi-layered issues).
-Self-starter with high initiative and a strong learning agility
