Monster Group (UK) Ltd is a thriving UK-based online retailer offering a diverse range of high-quality, great-value products to customers worldwide. We are looking for our next “Monster” to join our growing team and help deliver customer service that is truly out of this world.
This is a fully remote position based in the Philippines, offering an exciting opportunity to work with a successful British ecommerce company.
You will be required to log in remotely and work during UK office hours (Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:30pm GMT) to maintain clear communication with the team. Occasional weekend work may be required.
Candidates must also have a quiet, private workspace suitable for handling professional phone calls and maintaining confidentiality while working from home.
Key Responsibilities:
-Respond to customer queries via
-Confidently and creatively resolve customer issues across a wide range of products within agreed timescales
-Send invoices and provide relevant information to customers
-Liaise with courier companies and use online portals to resolve delivery-related queries
-Dispatch orders and ensure online marketplaces remain up to date
-Answer marketplace enquiries and monitor customer feedback
-Maintain accurate records and follow internal processes to support smooth daily operations
Requirements:
-Proven experience handling customer phone calls within an ecommerce environment is essential
-Previous experience in customer support within an ecommerce company
-Experience with marketplaces such as Magento, Amazon, and eBay is a strong advantage
-Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
-Friendly, professional, and discreet when handling company and customer information
-Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
-Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities effectively
-A valid passport is required. This is a crucial access requirement for the role.
