Our team is seeking 4 dedicated and customer-focused E-commerce Support Specialists to join our growing e-commerce company!

POSITION: E-commerce Support Specialist
STARTING RATE: $5 per hour with commissions
LOCATION: 100% Remote
FULL TIME, LONG-TERM

RESPONSIBILITIES:
--Provide exceptional customer service via chat, email, and phone.
--Offer personalized product recommendations to customers.
--Resolve order inquiries and troubleshoot issues effectively.
--Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

REQUIREMENTS:
--At least one (1) year of experience in a customer service or sales role.
--Excellent communication skills in English.
--Experience in e-commerce support is a plus.
--Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
