Customer Support Agent (Hiring Urgently)

We are looking for a highly communicative and motivated Customer Support Agent to join our remote team. In this role, you will be the frontline voice of our company, helping customers navigate our services while identifying opportunities to recommend products that meet their needs.

Your Tasks:

- Answer questions through phone calls, emails, and text messages
- Recommend and sell products to fit customer needs
- Follow instructions carefully and update procedures
- Show initiative and solve problems quickly

Your Skills:

- Excellent, fluent English communication skills (this is the most important requirement)
- A quiet remote workspace with fast, reliable internet
- Previous experience in customer support or sales is a huge bonus
