Customer Support Agent

Purefemm — D2C Women's Wellness Brand (DACH market, menopause supplements). Looking for a long-term Customer Support Agent to handle daily Gorgias tickets.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Work for a German Brand
- Handle 60-100 Gorgias tickets per day (email, chat)
- Process refunds + cancellations following our SOP
- Solve order issues, escalate edge cases

MUST-HAVES
- 2+ years CS experience in DTC E-Commerce
- Gorgias Pro + Shopify Pro
- 40+ hours per week + weekends available
- Fast learner
