What You Will Do

Answer Emails and Phone Calls: Help customers with their questions and problems.
Use Shopify: Assist customers by navigating our Shopify store.
Work with the Team: Collaborate with other support agents.


What We Are Looking For
Shopify Experience: You know how to use Shopify.
Fluent English: You speak and write clear English.
Customer Support Experience: You have helped customers before.
Team Player: You work well with others.


Work Schedule Options
Option 1: Work Monday to Friday during Philippine time.
Option 2: Work on Saturdays and Sundays during Eastern Standard Time.
