We're seeking a dedicated Customer Success Representative to be the champion of our customers' experience in this fully remote role. You'll build relationships with clients, ensure they get maximum value from our products, and turn challenges into opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and issues
Deliver engaging virtual product training sessions to diverse client groups
Manage customer accounts within our CRM system, maintaining detailed records
Identify opportunities to expand customer relationships and prevent churn
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to advocate for customer needs
Qualifications:
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
Proven experience in customer-facing training roles
Proficiency in CRM management and data analysis
Ability to work during American business hours (PST or EST time zones)
Reliable high-speed internet connection and suitable home office setup
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Positive attitude with a genuine desire to help others succeed
