Enerex is looking for a highly organized and proactive Customer Success Project Manager to support onboarding coordination, implementation tracking, and operational processes across our SaaS platforms.
This role is part of the Customer Success team and will work closely with Customer Success Managers (CSMs), Sales, and Development teams to ensure onboarding projects move smoothly and efficiently. While the role is primarily internal-facing, occasional customer communication may be required during onboarding and implementation processes.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, process-driven, and comfortable managing multiple moving parts in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Onboarding & Implementation
- Coordinate onboarding and implementation activities across internal teams
- Track onboarding timelines, tasks, deliverables, and follow-ups
- Support smooth handoff from Sales to Customer Success
- Work closely with CSMs to ensure onboarding requirements are completed
- Coordinate onboarding-related requests and configurations with Development teams
- Monitor project progress and escalate blockers or delays when needed
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Serve as a key coordinator between Customer Success, Sales, and Development teams
- Organize meetings, action items, and internal follow-ups
- Help prioritize onboarding and implementation-related requests
- Maintain visibility into onboarding status and team responsibilities
- Support alignment across departments during onboarding projects
Customer Success Support
- Support CSMs during onboarding and implementation processes
- Assist with onboarding documentation and customer tracking
- Help ensure customers have a smooth onboarding experience
- Occasionally communicate with customers regarding onboarding updates or requirements
Process Documentation & Improvement
- Document current workflows and operational processes
- Create and maintain SOPs, onboarding guides, and internal documentation
- Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and communication issues
- Recommend and implement workflow improvements
- Help standardize onboarding and coordination processes across teams
- Support scalable operational improvements as the company grows
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in Project Coordination, Customer Success, Operations, or Implementation roles
- Experience working in a B2B SaaS environment
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Familiarity with CRM and project management tools is a plus
