About the Role
You will support our clinic clients and make sure their system works correctly.
You are not just answering tickets. You will troubleshoot issues, find root causes, and fix workflows.
You will work inside GoHighLevel, EMR integrations, and insurance verification systems.
You will also document solutions so we improve faster over time.
What You Will Do
• Handle support tickets from US medical practices
• Diagnose and fix GoHighLevel workflow issues
• Troubleshoot appointment booking and automation problems
• Support EMR sync issues (appointments, patient data)
• Help resolve insurance verification issues
• Communicate clearly with clinic staff and managers
• Document every issue with root cause and solution
• Help improve internal SOPs and AI support systems
What We Are Looking For
• At least 2 years of GoHighLevel experience
• Strong understanding of workflows, triggers, pipelines, tags
• Experience supporting clients in SaaS or automation tools
• Strong problem-solving skills, you focus on “why it broke”
• Excellent written English
• Comfortable working US business hours (Central or Eastern time)
• Reliable internet and work setup
Nice to Have
• Experience with healthcare workflows
• Experience with EMRs like eClinicalWorks, Athena, Epic
• Knowledge of insurance verification systems
• Experience with automation tools or RPA
• Familiar with AI tools like ChatGPT
Work Schedule and Pay
• Full-time, 40 hours per week
• US Central or Eastern time coverage
• $9 to $12 per hour based on experience
• Performance bonuses based on quality and client satisfaction
• Growth path to Senior or Team Lead role
