About us
AI Growth Marketing Agency helping epoxy flooring contractors generate 10–20+ booked projects per month using ads, funnels, and automation.

We are not a typical agency we install full client acquisition systems.

Your Role
You will be the bridge between clients and our fulfillment team.

Your job is to:
Keep clients happy
Keep projects organized
Ensure everything gets done on time

Responsibilities

Client Onboarding
Guide new clients through onboarding process
Collect assets, access, and required information
Ensure smooth setup experience

Client Communication
Manage Slack/ ---------- communication
Respond quickly to client questions
Maintain strong relationships

Weekly Calls
Run weekly client calls (Zoom/Google Meet)
Share updates, results, and next steps
Set expectations clearly

Fulfillment Coordination
Work with media buyers, funnel builders, and creatives
Track deliverables and deadlines
Ensure nothing falls behind

Performance Tracking
Monitor client progress (leads, bookings, results)
Report wins and flag issues early

Requirements
Strong English (written + spoken)
Experience in Customer Success / Account Management / VA
Comfortable leading client calls
Organized and detail-oriented
Experience with tools like:
GoHighLevel
Slack / ----------
Google Sheets

Bonus (Not Required)
Experience in marketing agencies
Understanding of Meta Ads / lead generation
Experience with onboarding systems or SOPs

Clients are happy and responsive
Weekly calls are smooth and structured
Fulfillment team stays on track
Clients get results and stay long-term
