Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries via
• Order Management: Assist with order tracking, processing returns/refunds, and resolving order-related issues.
• Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns regarding products, shipping, payments, and website functionality.
• Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with product offerings, promotions, and policies to provide accurate information.
• CRM & Ticketing Management: Log and track customer interactions using CRM systems (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, or Shopify Helpdesk).
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (warehouse, fulfillment, and marketing) to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Previous experience in E-Commerce Customer Service or a similar role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to multitask and handle high volumes of customer inquiries.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, Amazon, eBay).
• Experience with CRM and customer support tools (Zendesk, Freshdesk, Gorgias, HubSpot, or similar).
• Problem-solving skills with a proactive and empathetic approach to customer interactions.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
