Customer Service and Dispatch Coordinator

On Call Junk Haul & Moving, a proudly Oklahoma-owned company, is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Customer Service and Dispatch Coordinator to join our team. We specialize in dumpster rentals and junk removal. We need someone who can manage incoming customer inquiries, schedule jobs, and dispatch our drivers efficiently. Key Responsibilities:

Handle Incoming Calls: Answer customer calls promptly and professionally, addressing inquiries about our services with confidence and clarity.
Explain Dumpster Rental Services: Describe the sizes of our dumpster rentals (e.g., 15-yard, 22-yard), rental terms (e.g., duration, weight limits, prohibited items), and pricing to help customers choose the right option for their needs.
Describe Junk Removal Services: Educate customers on what junk removal entails, including the types of items we haul (e.g., furniture, appliances, construction debris), the process (e.g., on-site pickup, disposal), and pricing based on volume or item type.
Schedule Jobs: Use our scheduling system to book dumpster drop-offs, pickups, and junk removal appointments, ensuring efficient use of resources and customer satisfaction.
Dispatch Jobs to Drivers: Assign jobs to drivers via our mobile app, providing clear instructions, customer details, and any special notes (e.g., access restrictions, urgent requests). Monitor job progress and communicate updates as needed.
Provide Excellent Customer Service: Address customer concerns, answer questions, and follow up to ensure satisfaction with our services.
Maintain Records: Keep accurate records of customer interactions, bookings, and dispatch details in our system.
Collaborate with Team: Work closely with drivers, management, and other staff to ensure smooth operations and timely service delivery.
