As a Customer Service & Client Engagement Coach, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer experience by providing top-tier service and fostering strong client relationships. Your main responsibilities will include:Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service Excellence: Provide exceptional customer service through effective communication and problem-solving skills.Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.Ensure all interactions reflect our commitment to quality service and client satisfaction.
Client Coaching: In this role, you will provide top-notch customer service by helping clients navigate their financial accounts, resolve inquiries, and offer solutions tailored to their specific financial situations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a keen attention to detail, and a passion for helping others achieve financial peace of mind. Experience in finance or banking is a plus, but a customer-focused attitude and a willingness to learn are essential.
Client Engagement: Engage with clients to understand their needs, ensuring their expectations are met or exceeded.Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business.Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products and services to existing clients.
Organizational Efficiency: Manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively to ensure efficient workflow.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions.Assist in developing and implementing processes to improve overall efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Problem Solving: Quickly assess and address customer concerns, providing practical and effective solutions.Analyze common issues and suggest improvements to prevent future occurrences.Work closely with other departments to ensure customer needs are met seamlessly.
Sales Support (Plus): Assist the sales team with customer inquiries related to products and services.Identify potential sales opportunities during customer interactions and refer them to the appropriate sales personnel.Support the sales team in achieving their goals by ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
