We are a growing credit repair service company seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service Virtual Assistant with strong experience using GoHighLevel (GHL). If no GHL experience, please don't apply.
This role involves customer communication, CRM management, lead follow-up, appointment scheduling, workflow management, and administrative support. Experience in credit repair, credit disputing, tax services, or financial services is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.
The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, communicates professionally, and can adapt quickly in a fast-growing environment.
Responsibilities
-Manage leads and contacts inside GoHighLevel.
-Respond to customer inquiries via phone, text,
-Schedule appointments and follow up with prospects
-Maintain accurate customer records and notes
-Assist with client onboarding
-Support credit repair and dispute processing (training provided)
-Work collaboratively with tea
-Follow company SOPs and workflows
-Assist with administrative and customer service tasks as assigned
Requirements
Required:
- MUST have GoHighLevel experience
-Good to excellent English speaking and writing skills
-Professional communication skills
-Customer service experience
-Strong attention to detail
-Ability to multitask and stay organized
-Ability to learn new systems quickly
-Team-oriented mindset
-Reliable internet connection and computer
-Available to work U.S. Central Time
-Flexible schedule and available as needed
-Comfortable working in a growing business environment where hours may vary
Preferred Experience
-Credit repair industry experience
-Credit disputing knowledge
-Tax preparation or financial services experience
-Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Drive)
-Canva
