Customer Service & Technical Support Representative (Telecommunications) – Philippines Only

We are looking for a highly professional Customer Service & Technical Support Representative with exceptional English communication skills to support customers with telecommunications services, billing inquiries, and technical troubleshooting.

This role is ideal for candidates who are confident on the phone, communicate clearly, and have experience supporting telecom customers.

- Answer inbound customer calls and inquiries
- Provide information about phone models, pricing, and service plans
- Assist customers with billing and account-related concerns
- Troubleshoot device and service-related technical issues
- Support phone activation, coverage, and usage inquiries
- Document customer interactions accurately
- Follow up with customers and maintain professional communication
- Escalate complex technical issues when necessary
- Deliver exceptional customer service in every interaction

Requirements:
- Philippines-based applicants only
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Clear, neutral accent and professional phone presence
- Strong listening and comprehension skills
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
- Previous telecommunications support experience
- Experience supporting AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, or similar carriers
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
- Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment

- Ability to explain technical information clearly and confidently

Nice to Have:
- Technical support experience with mobile devices
- Experience using RingCentral or similar VoIP systems
- High-volume call center experience
- Experience with mobile phone activation and troubleshooting

Schedule:
- Monday–Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
- Friday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM EST
- Full-Time Remote
