Customer Service & Sales Representative (Forex Experience Required)

We are seeking a motivated Customer Service & Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients on WhatsApp, answering their queries, and closing them effectively to join our trading community. Your knowledge of Forex trading will be pivotal in providing accurate information and building trust with prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Communicate professionally and efficiently with leads on WhatsApp.
Educate prospective clients about our Forex trading services, tools, and community benefits.
Use your Forex knowledge to address questions and concerns, ensuring clients feel confident in their decision to join.
Follow up with leads systematically to maximize conversions.
Close clients using pre-approved sales scripts, adapting to individual client needs when necessary.
Verify client deposits and guide them through the onboarding process.
Provide ongoing support to closed clients, ensuring they have access to community resources, courses, and algorithms.
Maintain accurate records of all communications and client progress in our CRM system.
Contribute to team goals and suggest process improvements to enhance client engagement and satisfaction.
Requirements:

Proven experience in Forex trading or a deep understanding of Forex markets is mandatory.
2+ years of experience in customer service or sales roles, preferably in a remote setting.
Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas simply and effectively.
Confidence in closing sales while maintaining a customer-first approach.
Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Sleekflow, Airtable) and familiarity with WhatsApp Business tools.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
