Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service
Representative for our taxi booking service. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of BPO
experience, excellent English communication skills, and the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced
environment. This is an on-site position in Davao City, Philippines.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle incoming calls and online inquiries for taxi bookings
• Provide accurate fare estimates and booking confirmations to customers
• Manage and update customer information and booking details in the system
• Coordinate with drivers and dispatchers to ensure timely pickups and drop-offs
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
• Follow company procedures and maintain a high standard of service quality
• Multitask effectively between calls, chats, and system updates
Qualifications:
• At least 3 year of experience in a BPO/customer service role
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced work environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Willingness to work on-site in Davao City and follow a flexible work schedule
• Familiarity with taxi booking or dispatch systems is a plus but not required
• Leadership experience preferred
• SME level or TL preferred
