JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated full-time CSR and Dispatching Specialist to manage customer interactions and dispatch operations for our home service business. This is a long-term position. The schedule will also include working 2 Saturdays per month.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in customer service and dispatching, with the ability to ensure smooth communication and efficient service coordination.

Responsibilities include:
Answering incoming customer calls
Converting new customer calls into booked leads
Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues professionally
Coordinating dispatch operations efficiently
Following SOPs and company systems accurately
Making decisions independently and helping customers effectively
Communicating clearly with technicians and customers

Preferred Qualifications:
Fluent English
Located in the Philippines
Experience with home service businesses is a major plus, especially:
Appliance Repair
Plumbing
HVAC
Strong problem-solving skills
Sharp attention to detail and ability to work independently
Experience using CRM systems
