Customer Service Representative - Moving & Logistics

We are hiring 5 individuals for a mission-critical support role. You are not a salesperson; you are the bridge between a signed contract and a successful move. You will handle the logistics that ensure a "catastrophe-free" move day.

This requires a pragmatic mind and a calm voice.

The Requirements
Elite English Proficiency: Your spoken English must be clear, with a neutral or professional accent. You will be the voice of the company to NYC-based clients.

Infrastructure: You must possess a stable, high-speed internet connection and a mandatory backup power supply (UPS/Generator). Power outages are not an excuse for absence.

Focus: Extreme attention to detail. In this industry, a wrong address or a missing item on a list causes a chain reaction of failure. You must be precise.

The Duties
Client Guidance: Handling inquiries regarding Certificates of Insurance (COI), timing adjustments, and inventory changes.

Pre-Move Verification: Calling every customer 24 hours before their move to confirm all details, update addresses, and collect final payments.

Internal Sync: Identifying urgent updates and relaying them immediately to Sales Representatives.

System Management: Full mastery of our custom CRM (Movit Movit), Google Voice, and Google Workspace.

The Reality
We are busy. Customers are often stressed and frustrated. We do not need people who react emotionally. We need people who provide solutions, remain stoic under pressure, and ensure the data in our CRM is 100?curate.

Schedule & Compensation
Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (NYC Time). Includes 1-hour lunch break.

Salary: $600 USD per month (Fixed).
