We are a fast-growing e-commerce brand looking for a reliable and experienced customer service representative to join our team full-time.
You will be handling customer inquiries, resolving order issues, and making sure our customers have a smooth experience from purchase to delivery. We work with serious high-volume stores - we are talking $100,000+ per month in revenue - so we need someone who has been in that environment before and knows how to stay calm and efficient under pressure.
This is a long-term full-time role. We are looking for someone who takes ownership of their work, communicates proactively, and wants to grow with a scaling brand.
What you will be doing:
- Responding to customer
- Handling returns, refunds, and complaints
- Following up on delayed or missing orders
- Keeping track of recurring issues and flagging them to the team
What we are looking for:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce customer service
- Experience at online stores with high daily order volumes
- Strong written English
- Available on weekends
- Self-managed, reliable, and comfortable working independently
