We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented customer service representative to join our e-commerce team on a long-term basis.
**What You'll Be Doing:**
- Monitoring and responding to customer
- Responding to Instagram comments in a timely manner
- Checking Shopify daily for any unfulfilled or unshipped orders
- Following up with our supplier on any order issues and relaying updates back to the customer
- Acting as the bridge between supplier and customer until every issue is fully resolved
**Requirements:**
- Fluent written English — this is non-negotiable
- Proficient in **Freshdesk** — this is a strong requirement. Commslayer is also accepted, but Freshdesk is strongly preferred. If you do not have experience with either, please do not apply
- Previous experience in a customer service or inbox management role
- Reliable internet connection and availability throughout the day
**Proof of Previous Work is Required**

- A paystub or payment record from a previous employer in a similar role
