JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly motivated, professional, and personable Phone Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate has excellent spoken English, a neutral or American/British accent, and strong communication skills. This role is primarily focused on speaking with customers and partners over the phone, providing support, handling inquiries, coordinating with vendors, and helping ensure a smooth customer experience. The right person should be organized, adaptable, calm under pressure, and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Answer inbound and make outbound calls to customers, vendors, and partners.
- Provide a high level of customer service and maintain a professional, friendly tone on every call.
- Assist customers with questions, updates, and issue resolution.
- Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal tea ---------- mbers to help move orders and requests forward.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
- Accurately enter data and maintain records in internal systems.
- Conduct online research when needed to gather relevant information.
- Handle multiple ongoing tasks efficiently while staying organized and detail-oriented.
- Work closely with the team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Qualifications:

-Previous experience in a BPO, call center, or phone-based customer service role is required.
-Excellent verbal communication skills with a neutral or American/British English accent.
-Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
-Confident, clear, and professional speaking style.
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
-Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
-Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
-Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment.

Work Schedule:

Full-time, US Eastern Time hours
