We’re looking for long-term, ongoing cooperation.

The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues. You will be responsible for converting customers into passionate evangelists.

Work schedules may vary depending on business needs, including mid-shift assignments. The available shifts are:

8:00 AM – 4:00 PM US Eastern Time (8:00 PM – 4:00 AM Philippine Time)
4:00 PM – 12:00 AM US Eastern Time (4:00 AM – 12:00 PM Philippine Time)

This position requires working 8 hours per day, 5 days per week. Your two days off will be scheduled in coordination with your manager. While we will make every effort to accommodate your preferred days off, scheduling will ultimately depend on business needs.

Occasionally, a sixth workday may be required based on business demands. Any such additional day will be compensated as paid overtime.

This role is available to start as soon as possible.

As a Customer Service Representative at Five Star Retail Brands, a typical day will include the following:

- Provide excellent customer support through inbound and outbound calls, emails, live chat, and text messages
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about the product, pricing, and availability
- Work with internal departments to meet customers' needs
- Cooperate with other tea ---------- mbers and report to the superiors
- Process cancellations, refunds, and returns
- Communicate with the warehouse to ensure we’re delivering all orders on time
- Update customers about the status of their orders
- Archiving emails

What you need:

- At least 6 months of experience in customer service on the phone (voice)
- Excellent spoken English and confidence in speaking on the phone
- Long-term commitment - treat this as your career
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work
- Can-do mindset, with a sense of ownership, pride in your performance, and its impact on the company’s success
- Experience working in a remote setup is a plus
