JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a resourceful Customer Service Representative, ideally with proven experience in ticket reservations and traveler support within the tourism sector. In this role, you will be responsible for booking tickets (museums, trains, attractions), addressing customer inquiries via email (and occasionally phone), and contributing informative content related to travel.

Our organization manages destinations in different destinations. Your primary mission will be to ensure hassle-free reservations and deliver top-notch customer service.

Key Duties
- Efficiently handle ticket reservations.
- Respond to customer queries through email and, when necessary, phone.
- Resolve booking problems, answer customer questions, and manage changes.
- Develop and publish engaging tourism-related articles.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated background in customer service and ticket reservations (tourism experience is an advantage).
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Comfortable with technology, including Microsoft Outlook and basic computer skills.
- Familiarity with ticketing tools (e.g., Zendesk)

Availability in Philippine Time :
- Tuesday to Thursday: 3:00 AM – 11:00 AM
- Saturday: 9:00 PM – Sunday 6:00 AM
- Sunday: 9:00 PM – Monday 6:00 AM
