• Taking inbound customer service calls
• Assisting customers with questions, orders, and account needs
• Multi-tasking across calls and systems while delivering an excellent experience

? Requirements:
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Previous call center experience required
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to multi-task
• Must be able to meet ALL tech requirements below — no exceptions

• Hard-wired internet connection — NO WiFi
• Reliable computer
• High-speed internet
• A backup plan in place for power outages AND internet outages
