Brighter Path Solutions Rentals is looking for a hungry, dependable, and professional Customer Service Representative to join our growing rental car business.
Our company primarily rents vehicles to gig workers using DoorDash, Uber Eats, Lyft, Instacart, and Amazon Flex. Your main goal will be to respond to leads quickly, qualify customers, follow up consistently, and help turn interested prospects into paying renters.
Responsibilities:
• Answer calls, texts, and customer messages quickly
• Qualify leads and explain our pricing, requirements, and policies
• Follow up with every qualified lead until they book or give a final answer
• Send reservation links and assist customers through the booking process
• Handle renter questions, payment concerns, maintenance issues, and general support
• Keep customer notes, Google Sheets, CRM records, and company chats updated
• Communicate with the fleet and payments teams to resolve issues
• Help keep vehicles rented and reduce missed booking opportunities
Requirements:
• Clear and professional spoken and written English
• Confident speaking with customers on the phone
• Previous customer service, call center, sales, appointment-setting, or booking experience
• Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry
• Organized, reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
• Comfortable handling multiple customers and tasks at once
• Able to stay calm and professional with difficult customers
• Must take initiative and follow up without constant reminders
• Must be available during U.S. Eastern Time business hours
• Reliable computer, strong internet, quiet workspace, and quality headset
We are looking for someone who understands that this role is not just about answering questions. You must be able to build trust, solve problems, follow up, and help qualified customers complete their rentals.
Base pay will be provided, with opportunities for commission, performance bonuses, raises, and long-term growth based on bookings, attendance, accuracy, customer service, and overall performance.
