We're currently looking for a Customer Service & Listing Specialist to join our team! This is a hybrid role that blends customer support with listing and revenue management. If you're detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and excited about the short-term rental space, this could be the perfect fit.
What You’ll Do:
- Create, manage, and optimize property listings across platforms such as Airbnb,
- Ensure all listings are kept up-to-date with pricing, availability, and promotions
- Craft compelling listing content—titles, descriptions, amenities, and photo selection—to maximize visibility and bookings
- Analyze data to improve performance and enhance guest appeal
- Handle booking inquiries, respond to guest questions, and manage reservations across platforms
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure a smooth guest experience from booking to check-out
- Troubleshoot issues related to listings, guest communication, or platform performance
- Stay up to date with platform changes, algorithm updates, and best practices for short-term rental listings
- Provide excellent customer support as part of our guest services team when needed
- Learn and understand our internal systems and processes thoroughly before independently managing listings and revenue
- Contribute to revenue management by applying pricing strategies and adjusting rates as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience with short-term rental platforms like Airbnb,
- Strong attention to detail and highly organized
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and platforms simultaneously
- A collaborative attitude with the ability to work independently when needed
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems
- Willingness to handle both customer service and listing tasks
Bonus Points For:
- Experience with dynamic pricing tools like PriceLabs
- Familiarity with property management software (e.g., Beds24)
- Knowledge of SEO and performance analytics for listings
