Role Overview:

The Customer Service Associate will be a key part of our mission to deliver exceptional support to clients as they navigate their job search. In this role, you’ll focus on fostering positive relationships, addressing client inquiries, and providing feedback to improve the services we offer. This position is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a genuine desire to see others succeed.

Responsibilities:

-Support clients in achieving their career goals by addressing questions and resolving concerns promptly.
-Maintain regular communication with clients to gather feedback and provide updates on their progress.
-Collaborate with internal teams—including sales, marketing, and product development—to ensure a seamless client experience.
-Analyze client interactions and data to identify trends and recommend service improvements.
-Document customer service processes and contribute to a knowledge base for the team.
-Provide guidance to teaUpgrade to see actual infombers on delivering outstanding customer experiences.
-Host check-ins and feedback sessions with clients to assess satisfaction and identify areas for growth.
-Assist in promoting services to new clients and respond to incoming inquiries.
-Generate reports on customer satisfaction and other key metrics for internal review.

Requirements:

-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
-2+ years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role, ideally in a tech or HR environment.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with clients and colleagues.
-Analytical mindset with experience interpreting data to enhance customer experiences.
-Familiarity with CRM systems and digital communication platforms.
-Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
-A positive attitude and a passion for supporting others in achieving their goals.
