Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Agent with hands-on experience in Shopify dropshipping customer support.
You will handle daily customer inquiries, refunds, and supplier communication while maintaining fast response times and high-quality service.
This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
Responsibilities
* Manage and respond to customer inquiries via
* Handle 20–25+ tickets per hour while maintaining quality responses
* Process refunds directly in Shopify
* Manage communication regarding:
- Order status & tracking
- Delayed shipments
- Refund requests
- Address changes
- Product complaints
- Returns & reshipments
* Coordinate with suppliers to resolve shipping or product issues
* Use translation tools (DeepL, ChatGPT) for multilingual customer support
* Track issues and updates using Google Sheets
* Maintain professional, clear, and courteous communication at all times
Tools You Will Use
* Shopify (orders, refunds, customer management)
* Zendesk (ticket management)
* Slack (internal communication)
* Google Sheets (tracking & reporting)
* DeepL & ChatGPT (translations)
Performance Expectations
* Tickets per hour: 20–25+
* Fast and accurate issue resolution
* Strict adherence to company policies (refunds, cancellations, replacements)
* High attention to detail and minimal errors
* Ability to work independently without constant supervision
Requirements
* Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service for a Shopify dropshipping business and 3 months in the fashion niche
* Proven experience with Zendesk, Slack, Shopify refunds, Google Sheets or Excel, DeepL & ChatGPT
* Strong written English skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining speed and accuracy
* Experience handling customer complaints and supplier communication
* Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
* Ability to respect confidentiality and customer data privacy
* Long-term mindset and willingness to grow with the company
Compensation
* $3/hour during the first 2 weeks (trial period)
* $4/hour after successful trial
* $5/hour or more if promoted to Customer Service Manager
* Paid bi-weekly or monthly
* Salary increases based on performance and responsibility
