JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for two amazing and committed Customer Service Agents to join our growing team! If you’re passionate about helping people, have excellent communication skills, and enjoy solving problems, this could be the perfect role for you.

Job Responsibilities:

Channel Support (primarily Phone, with Email or Chat as needed, depending on assignment).
Provide clear, accurate, and helpful information about our products.
Resolve issues with empathy, professionalism, and efficiency.
Document interactions and follow up when necessary.
Represent our brand with care and positivity.

What We’re Looking For

Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written); American accent preferred.
Customer-focused, positive, and solutions-oriented mindset.
Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
Available to work U.S. business hours, on shifting schedule
Comfortable with tools like Google Workspace and e-commerce ticketing platforms.
Previous e-commerce customer service experience is a strong plus.
