What We’re Looking For
Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written); American accent preferred.
Customer-focused, positive, and solutions-oriented mindset.
Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
Available to work U.S. business hours, on shifting schedule
Comfortable with tools like Google Workspace and e-commerce ticketing platforms.
Previous e-commerce customer service experience is a strong plus.
