We are seeking a proactive and personable Customer Relationship Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in building lasting relationships with potential clients through effective follow-ups and thoughtful engagement. Your primary responsibility will be nurturing leads by conducting regular check-ins, answering ongoing questions, and guiding potential clients through each stage of their decision-making process.
Additionally, you will manage and maintain our contact database, ensuring accuracy by updating records and removing outdated contacts when necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Regularly follow up with leads to maintain engagement and provide necessary updates.
- Clearly and concisely explain our services during follow-up communications.
- Address ongoing inquiries from potential clients, providing comprehensive guidance and support.
- Conduct consistent check-ins to build rapport and trust over time.
- Maintain detailed follow-up logs to track communication history and lead status.
- Efficiently manage and update our contact database, ensuring data accuracy and cleanliness.
- Handle a substantial volume of leads with professionalism, organization, and friendliness.
Requirements:
- Fluent English speaker with minimal to no accent.
- Warm, friendly, and approachable phone presence.
- Highly organized with the ability to effectively manage multiple follow-up activities.
- Reliable, consistent, and committed to meeting deadlines.
- Previous experience in customer service, lead nurturing, or similar roles preferred.
