JOB OVERVIEW

This position focuses on professional text-based communication, account assistance, and handling customer requests in a structured online environment. We’re looking for people who are reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently.


Your role
• Handling written customer interactions across internal systems
• Assisting users with requests, questions, and ongoing communication
• Managing multiple conversations efficiently and professionally
• Following established workflows while adapting to different situations
• Supporting overall customer satisfaction and account performance
