Position Overview
We are seeking a communicative and detail-oriented Customer Representative to serve as the bridge to our customers. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives on solving problems, building relationships, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities
Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or social channels using Gorgias our centralized customer support platform. Ensure responses are prompt, personalized, and reflect our commitment to empowering confident, radiant skin.


Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot order concerns, product-related questions, and skincare guidance with empathy and efficiency. Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams when needed, always aiming to deliver a seamless customer experience.


Support Services: Educate customers on our skincare line, product benefits, usage recommendations, and order processes. Become a trusted guide for helping clients find the right routines and feel confident in their choices.


Feedback Loop: Capture customer insights and feedback through support interactions and proactively share them with product and operations teams to inform continuous improvement.






Required Qualifications
Strong verbal and written communication skills.


Ability to empathize and connect with a diverse range of clients.


Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking efficiently.


Proactive problem-solver with a positive attitude.


Previous experience in customer service or client-facing roles is a plus.
Must have Shopify Experience
Experience with Gorgias and similar ticketing systems is required
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive monthly salary of $600.
bonuses up to $160/4 weeks
