A Customer Experience Manager will be working closely with Virtual Assistants and their assigned clients. The Customer Experience Manager will be responsible for establishing relationships with clients and ensuring they are satisfied with the service being provided by the Virtual Assistants.
Eligibility:
Experience as a Retention Specialist or anything related to Sales Development or Customer Account Management is a must
Knowledge of the US Real Estate industry is a plus
Familiarity of Digital Marketing and latest technologies is a plus
Knack for research and learning new systems quickly as training is minimal
Ability to work with multiple client accounts
Flexibility in working schedule (US work hours)
Duties and Responsibilities:
Work closely with VAs (Virtual Assistants) and their assigned clients
Establish relationship with clients and ensure they are satisfied with the service provided by the VAs
Ensure successful subscription renewals for each member
Manage billing and other account-related issues
Performing other clerical and administrative tasks related to the role
Technical Requirements:
High-speed computer (PC or Mac) with at least 8 GB RAM
Working webcam
Headset with microphone and noise cancellation feature
Reliable Internet connection with at least 20 Mbps and a backup of at least 10 Mbps
Reliable power supply and a backup power source
Salary and Job Details:
Monthly rate starts at 40,000 PHP monthly. Rate varies depending on skill level and experience.
You have 2 15-minute paid breaks daily with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break.
