Customer Engagement & Marketing Automation Manager
We are looking for a detail-oriented Customer Engagement Manager to join our team remotely. This role combines traditional customer service responsibilities with a focus on CRM management, workflow automation, and integration. The ideal candidate is personable, proactive, and comfortable using modern automation tools like SwipeOne, Boost.Space (Make), ActivePieces, ReachInbox, FluentForms/Wordpress, and similar CRM,
Customer Service and Customer Engagement:
- Respond promptly and personally to inbound lead
- Personalize outreach and follow-up
- Prepare and manage invoices and summary receipts
- Proactively follow up on client program billing.
- Address customer inquiries related to billing, shipping, and general support, in
CRM Automation and Campaign Management:
- Create, maintain, and optimize automations and CRM workflows (SwipeOne, Boost, ActivePieces).
- Integrate customer presales/postsales activities into our CRM and automation platforms from FluentForms / FluentCRM, Trafft (scheduling), ReachInbox, AcumbaMail
- Design campaigns and funnels and implement, for presales, postsales, and re-engagement
- Manage integration with Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Optimize spend on Ads
Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent written communication and customer service skills.
- Comfortable working with invoicing and billing follow-up.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably SwipeOne,etc
- Workflow automation and integrations (Boost.Space,
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for customer satisfaction.
