Responsibilities of the Position
-Achieve the quantity and quality of leads to meet budget projections at or below projected marketing costs
-Develop strategic plans to acquire "ideal" B2B and residential clients
-Make seasonal adjustments to marketing plans to meet quarterly needs
-Maintain outstanding relationships with the "ideal client" customer base through NPS scores and other feedback loops
-Lead, manage, and hold accountable all internal and external marketing staff
-Plan, manage, and ensure marketing expenses align with the budget
Personal Attributes and Skills Required:
-Proven ability to lead a team of at least three people to achieve goals
-Ability to analyze feedback data and make strategic improvements
-Highly organized with proficiency in Google Suite and other technology
-Operates with integrity and values; customer-service driven
-Creative and analytical problem-solving skills; strong data-driven analyzer and team leader
-Conducts weekly coaching sessions with tea
-Ability to manage marketing efforts, including digital (organic, LSA,
-Above-average mapping skills
-Canva or other modest design skills
-Strong verbal, written, and design skills, including proofreading abilities
Duties and Tasks : These duties and responsibilities are examples of tasks currently in place and may change:
-Create or delegate postcard creation
-Review team performance scorecards
-Create and place digital ads
-Coach team performance as needed
-Ensure accuracy of marketing performance records
-Create and update website digital and written content
-Oversee distribution of monthly newsletter
-Attend weekly meetings with the supervisor
