Curriculum Writer (On-Call, Project-based)

Job Title: Curriculum Writer (On-Call, Part-Time)
Location: Remote
Compensation: $5 USD/hour
Type: On-call / Project-based

We are seeking multiple Curriculum Writers to support the revision and development of our workshop curriculum. This role focuses on improving existing content using feedback and aligning all materials with the organization's standards.

This is an on-call, project-based role. Work will be assigned based on curriculum needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Rewrite and improve existing workshop curriculum
Incorporate feedback from facilitators and program team
Follow the organization's curriculum standards and voice
Review and edit content for clarity, accuracy, and consistency
Collaborate with tea ---------- mbers and meet deadlines
Ensure content is:
> Clear and structured
> Engaging and student-friendly
> Easy for instructors to deliver

Scope of Work:
Assigned to specific curriculum areas (e.g., financial literacy, leadership, communication)
Work on multiple workshops depending on availability
Flexible workload based on project needs

Qualifications:
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
Ability to follow guidelines and structured formats
Detail-oriented and organized
Able to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred (not required):
Experience in curriculum writing, education, or training materials
Background in teaching, coaching, or youth development
Familiarity with instructional design or workshop facilitation
