Curriculum & Training Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Curriculum and training Development Specialist to design and develop comprehensive training programs and manuals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating curricula, facilitator guides, and participant materials and the ability to conduct thorough research to gather subject matter expertise. This role requires a deep understanding of social, community, and mental wellness topics to ensure that training programs are engaging and relevant.
Key Responsibilities:
• Curriculum Design & Development:
o Develop and design comprehensive training curricula that meet the project’s scope and objectives.
o Create detailed facilitator manuals and participant guides tailored to various learning styles.
• Research & Content Gathering:
o Conduct in-depth research to gather subject matter data, industry best practices, and emerging trends.
o Integrate research findings into detailed methodologies that effectively deliver the requested scope of work.
• Instructional Material Creation:
o Produce engaging and visually appealing training materials, including illustrations, infographics, and interactive content.
o Ensure that all materials are accessible, user-friendly, and in line with organizational branding and standards.
• Social, Community, and Mental Wellness Integration:
o Incorporate key insights related to social, community, and mental wellness into curriculum development.
o Develop content that addresses mental health considerations and promotes well-being in diverse learning environments.
