Job Description
Leadership Center Of Excellence (LCOE) is seeking a highly detail-oriented and experienced Curriculum & Training Development Assistant to support the creation of facilitator guides, high-level educational curriculum, and professional PowerPoint presentations using the LCOE Master PowerPoint Template.
This role requires strict adherence to the LCOE format and style guidelines across all deliverables.
The ideal candidate will be provided with a sample project as part of the interview process to evaluate their ability to follow instructions and meet our standard of quality.
This is a full-time (40 hours/week) remote role that will begin on a weekly contract. Upon satisfactory performance, there is an opportunity to transition into a long-term monthly contract.
Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to accept feedback and work independently are essential to success in this position.
Key Responsibilities
Develop high-level leadership training curriculum using LCOE’s standardized format.
Create detailed facilitator guides that are clear, structured, and aligned with learning outcomes.
Design engaging and professional PowerPoint presentations following the LCOE Master Template.
Ensure consistency and instructional integrity across all educational content.
Translate leadership development concepts into impactful, adult-learning experiences.
Collaborate with leadership on revisions and project timelines.
Maintain open communication and meet all assigned deadlines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Demonstrated experience developing educational curriculum and facilitator materials for corporate or adult learning.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, including working within branded templates.
Strong command of the English language (written and spoken).
High attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions precisely.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Time management and self-motivation to meet deadlines without supervision.
Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design preferred.
Experience in professional or leadership development training is a plus.
Must have a reliable internet connection and availability to work 40 hours per week.
