I need someone who is highly skilled in spreadsheet formatting to create professional, clean, editable templates that teachers will use digitally AND print.

This is not simple data entry.
This is layout, formatting, and professional template creation.

• Format spreadsheets for BOTH digital use and clean printing
• Create user-friendly layouts with organized spacing and alignment
• Add functional elements such as:

• ? checkboxes
• ? locked/unlocked areas
• ? conditional formatting (highlighting rules, automatic color coding, etc.)
• Create files that look professional, simple, and intuitive for teachers
• Deliver files in both Excel and Google Sheets formats when applicable

?

Examples of Product Types:
• Lesson planning templates
• IEP progress monitoring and tracking systems

• Editable forms and evaluation sheets

(You do not need early childhood knowledge — layout clarity is the priority.)

?

Ideal Candidate:
• Strong command of spreadsheet usability and formatting
• Experience building printable planners, dashboards, or teacher tools
• Can follow examples and give formatting suggestions
• Detail-oriented and understands clean, minimalist layout design
• Communicates professionally and accepts feedback

?

Deliverables Must Include:
• Editable master file
• Clean formatting
• Consistent margins and structure
• Layout suitable for both digital and printable use

ROLE OPTION 2: Graphic Illustrator – ASL Cartoon Clipart (Reference-Based Drawing)

I am also seeking a graphic illustrator to create cartoon-style ASL vocabulary artwork. This will be used in classroom visuals, flashcards, and curriculum.

Responsibilities:
• Create digital cartoon-style illustrations based on reference photos

• Maintain consistent style, character proportions, and visual simplicity
• Provide clean line quality suitable for print and digital formats

Art Style Expectations:
• Simple, clean cartoon style
• Not overly realistic or detailed
• Child-friendly and consistent across all images
• Clear visibility of handshape, palm orientation, and movement lines (when needed)

• AND layered source file (AI, PSD, Procreate, or equivalent)

Ideal Candidate:
• Experience with educational clipart, character design, or gesture drawing
• Willing to learn or already familiar with ASL accuracy

This role has potential to expand into hundreds of images if it’s a good fit.
